BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, collaborate with a clinical team, and record session data using electronic devices. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive environment focused on developmental progress and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
