Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in Medina County, including Lodi, OH, delivering one-on-one ABA services in home or community settings. This role offers part-time hours, ongoing training, and a pathway for professional growth within a dynamic clinical team.

Youll work closely with families, implement skill-building plans, and record progress using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.

• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
