Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Des Moines, IA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. Provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

All positions start part-time with paid training and same-day pay options. You will record data, collaborate with our clinical team, and help families implement skill-building plans while pursuing BCBA schooling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
