Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support client independence and positive behavior.

Paid training is provided; positions start part-time with a six-month commitment. Flexible scheduling aims to align with families, with opportunities to grow within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
