Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings, supporting skill-building and positive behavior changes.

Ideal candidates hold an Active RBT certification, demonstrate empathy and patience, and are committed to helping children with Autism reach their goals. Most roles start part-time, with flexible scheduling and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required before starting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ABA therapy or supporting individuals with Autism is a plus.
• Strong communication and empathy when working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy in clients' homes or community settings.
• Support skill-building and positive behavior changes.
• Accurately document session data using electronic tools.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure individualized care plans.
