Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks qualified Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in clients' homes and community settings in Des Moines, IA. You will work as part of a supportive clinical team, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

This role offers flexible, part-time hours, with same-day pay after clocking in, and paid training for those new to the field. Opportunities for referral bonuses and BCBA partnerships are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
