Heartland Behavior is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to support children with Autism in clients' homes and community settings. This part-time role offers immediate start with paid training and the opportunity to build valuable ABA experience under a supportive clinical team.

You'll provide one-on-one ABA services, collect session data, and help implement individualized care plans. A calm, patient approach and a genuine desire to make a difference are essential.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Paid training is provided to new hires.
• Part-time positions with a six-month commitment.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or community locations.

Responsibilities
