BK Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to drive meaningful progress for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
