Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team serving clients in Colorado. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, supporting independence and positive behavior, in clients' homes or community settings, with flexible part-time schedules and ongoing training.

We offer same-day pay, strong clinical support, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA program partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
