Job summary

Calla ABA Therapy in Concord, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will implement behavioral plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support families while delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children and young adults.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a minimum of 120 hours of ABA coursework and 40 hours of RBT training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans and strategies under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Collect data on client behavior, progress, and treatment modifications.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Assist with training and supporting other team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services.
