Job summary

Clarvida in Sahuarita/Sahuarita area is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement treatment plans and collect data during sessions. The role emphasizes direct behavioral services, teamwork, and compassionate client interaction.

As part of a supervisory structure with a BCBA, you will support families, maintain documentation, and ensure high-quality, inclusive services across diverse clients and settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification through BACB (assistance provided on hire).
• Ability to follow treatment plans and implement behavioral interventions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Implement face-to-face behavioral analytic interventions and skill acquisition programs as outlined in the Treatment Plan.
• Accurately collect behavioral and skill data during sessions.
• Provide support and model interventions for parents, teachers, and community members.
• Deliver positive reinforcement strategies to clients and families.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support client goals and progress.
• Follow Individualized Treatment Plans to prevent dependency on services.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients and families at all times.
• Provide culturally competent and inclusive services.
• Complete required training curriculum per state and company standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings and supervision sessions; incorporate supervisor feedback.
