Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Arizona with supervision from a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing client-specific behavior intervention plans, collecting precise data, and helping clients develop independent skills.

You will work with clients, families, and teams to promote skill generalization and ethical, compassionate care. The position offers part-time hours, opportunities for licensure supervision, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification through BACB (assistance provided on hire).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and implement behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Implement face-to-face behavioral analytic interventions and skill acquisition programs as outlined in the Treatment Plan.
• Accurately and consistently collect behavioral and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Provide support and model interventions for parents, teachers, and community members.
• Deliver positive reinforcement strategies to clients and families.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support client goals and progress.
• Adhere strictly to Individualized Treatment Plans to prevent dependency on services.
