Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Holts Summit, MO is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, recording progress and collaborating with a clinical team.

We offer same-day pay, flexible hours, paid training, and opportunities for BCBA-related career advancement. A 6-month commitment is encouraged to help clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
