Job summary

BK Behavior in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team on a part-time basis. We offer flexible hours, same-day pay, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful client goals.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement care plans with the clinical team, and record data. Must have HS diploma and RBT certification before working; 6-month commitment encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
