Job summary

Heartland ABA offers part-time opportunities for Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations. You will join a clinical team supporting independence and positive behavior, recording data and contributing to care plans.

We welcome individuals with a passion for making a difference in children with Autism. RBT certification is required prior to working, and paid training is provided to help you start confidently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team for skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
