Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in the United States seeks dedicated individuals to deliver in-home ABA services to children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, applying evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role includes paid RBT training, flexible scheduling, a supportive clinical team, and ongoing guidance as you grow with the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
