Job summary

Anchor Behavioral Solutions is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and in-school settings in Clermont, FL. You will work under a BCBA supervision to develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role is part-time (approx. 19 hours/week) and non-exempt, with a schedule including afternoons and specific weekdays. A BACB RBT certification and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred (in-school and clinic-based).
• Strong ability to manage challenging behaviors and to document progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy in clinic-based and in-school settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect accurate data and maintain session notes using Rethink software.
• Support clients in skill-building and independence.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and the clinical team.
