Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment franchise dedicated to quality care. We offer ABA services in centers with a play-based model emphasizing NET. We encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch therapy sessions live from our viewing room.

We are seeking playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians for full-time or part-time employment. A passion for helping kids learn and have fun is essential. If this describes you and you want to work for an ABA company that makes coming to work enjoyable, please apply!

Most RBTs at SOS work full-time. Your pay is not affected by client cancellations. Teams rotate clients every 90 minutes within the center.

SOS provides hands-on training, weekly team training, and quarterly in-service days to increase ABA knowledge. We also cover costs for CPR and QBS Safety Care certifications.

Staff receive performance reviews every 6 months.

Position Overview

• Opportunities for promotion to Level 1, 2, 3, or Trainer.
• As a trainer, priority for advancement to Office Manager at new locations.
• Support for BCBA internships and supervision hours.

Job Description

• Work in the center Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
• Create and prepare client materials.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Incorporate sensory activities (arts, crafts, games).
• Record client data in software and write SOAP notes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and quarterly training.
• Perform cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• No criminal background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

Reporting Hierarchy

• Report to the CEO, Regional Director, Clinical Director, and BCBA.
