• May need to complete MA Competency Checklist and function as MA in clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT or modality competency.
• Prepare patient, verify identity, and position for exams.
• Perform imaging per protocol and review images for quality.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines.
• Instruct and assist students and other radiology staff.
• Document procedures and any adverse reactions.
