Job summary

Southeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Part-Time Radiologic Technologist for SGPA Glynn Immediate Care in Brunswick, GA. The role focuses on performing radiology exams, documenting patient information, and ensuring safety during procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT approved Radiology Program.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• ARRT licensure (R) required within 12 months; BLS within first week of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Performs x-ray exams according to guidelines and consults with providers for any clinical deviations.
• Stays abreast of new procedures, equipment and methods and participates in their evaluation and application.
• Assesses patient prior to exam and records pertinent information including medical history and vital signs.
• Obtains signatures or physician authorizations for examinations and ensures regulatory compliance; captures charges for procedures.
