Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking a part-time Radiology Technician to operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic x-rays under physician guidance. Responsibilities include room preparation, documenting radiation exposure, testing equipment, and maintaining safety and infection control standards.

The role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's in Radiologic Technology, current state licensure, ARRT preferred, and experience with fluoroscopy/C-arm; BLS and ASC experience

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Current state Radiology Technician license required; ARRT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic x-rays under physician guidance.
• Prepare operating/procedure rooms and document radiation exposure and equipment testing.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and documentation standards.
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients and visitors to uphold center image.
