Cumulus Media in San Francisco is seeking a dependable Part-Time Facilities and Promotions Assistant to support remote broadcasts and station events across the Bay Area.

This role focuses on vendor access, office support, and helping with promotional events, with roughly 20 hours per week. Candidates should be reliable, with a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort working varied hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule with daytime events, some nights, weekends, and possibly holidays.
• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; strong multi-tasking.
• Works well with diverse personalities; positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Execute physical setup and breakdown of remote broadcasts and events; troubleshoot on the fly.
• Represent stations at events in an upbeat, friendly manner.
• Assist Promotions and Marketing with projects in the office.
• Assist with vehicle inspections, fueling, and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain and store station equipment and assets.
