Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada (CCCN) is seeking a part-time Radiation Therapy Assistant Float in Las Vegas to support radiation therapy teams. You will prepare blocking devices and assist with setups, ensuring precise treatment delivery under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year medical/healthcare experience required.
• Prior experience with radiation therapy principles and block fabrication preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manufacture cerrobend blocks with proper labeling and orientation.
• Assist in setup of radiation therapy treatments and simulations under supervision.
• Help maintain QA standards through regular diagnostic equipment checks.
• Support front-office duties including film acquisition, inventory, phones, and medical records.
• Perform courier duties to transfer patient information between treatment sites.
• Assist in manufacturing custom patient molds/treatment devices and manage supply inventories.
