Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring a Part Time Quality Control Associate to join our team. The role includes sampling chemicals, weight checks, and basic lab testing in a production setting.

Shifts available on weekends: Sat-Sun 7am-3:15pm or Fri-Sat 11pm-7:15am. Pay is $20-23/hour with 401k and full benefits after probation period. HS diploma or GED required; strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Computer proficiency including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality checks for finished products via weight checks, physical inspections, and other basic testing procedures.
• Collect, label, organize, and store product based on company standards.
• Prepare simple solutions, premixes, and vats used in testing finished products while maintaining safety and storage guidelines.
• Use laboratory tools such as balances, pH meters, colorimeters, and other specialized equipment for testing purposes.
• Record all testing results clearly and accurately in logs, forms, batch records, and electronic systems.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock of lab tools, chemicals, and testing supplies.
• Support other areas of the lab and production environment as required.

The Part Time Quality Control Associate will take samples of manufactured chemicals used in water quality testing to mix in additives, take weights, and conduct physical inspections as well as other quality checks using basic laboratory instruments to ensure quality and accuracy of finished products in a production environment.

• Pay Rate: $20-23/hr (based on experience)
• Available Schedules:
  • Part Time- 1st Shift: Saturday & Sunday 7am-3:15pm
  • Part Time- 3rd Shift: Friday & Saturday 11pm-7:15am
• 401k and full benefits after a probationary period
