Food Lion in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a reliable Store Associate to keep a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment. You will provide fast, friendly service, help customers, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Daily duties include floor care, stocking, assisting customers, operating registers, and collaborating with team members to reduce costs and improve labor productivity while upholding Food Lion standards.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions

Mansioni

• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Assist fellow associates and maintain a courteous, helpful attitude.
• Sweep and clean floors during nights with no vendor service.
• Perform weekly cleaning of Produce, Market and Deli Departments.
• Follow QA daily check lists and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform and name badge on duty.
• Report accidents per procedures to the Manager on Duty.
