Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time QA Lab Sensory Technician for 2nd shift (2pm-8pm). The role coordinates sample collection for sensory tests and maintains the Electronic NOSE lab instrument, with responsibilities across microbial testing and equipment calibration.

You will support QA by managing LDMS data, ordering lab supplies, and keeping calibration records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Prior lab or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection of product samples for sensory tests and maintain the Electronic NOSE lab instrument.
• Coordinate sampling, plating, and analysis of microbial results per QA requirements.
• Maintain sensory and microbial testing records and LDMS data entries.
• Perform calibration and diagnostic maintenance of lab equipment including the NOSE instrument.
• Manage ordering and inventory of lab supplies for sensory and microbial testing.
