• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Active teaching and academic program engagement preferred.
• Commitment to clinical education and procedural excellence.

• Active participation in didactic and procedural education of Pulmonary and Critical Care fellows.
• Involvement in fellow evaluations, case discussions, and simulation-based training.
• Contribute to curriculum development aligned with ACGME program requirements.
• Participate in departmental faculty meetings and evaluations.
