• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public and back-of-house areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, locker rooms, and loading dock areas.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost; replenish restroom and hotel amenities as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Support housekeeping operations, including basic room inspections, bed making, and laundry-related duties.
• Clean furniture, fixtures, and other hotel surfaces using approved equipment and cleaning products.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow all company and safety procedures.
• Provide support with special projects and additional duties as assigned while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Performing additional duties as needed as directed by the Business Unit Manager.

Would you like the opportunity to work as a Public Area Attendant in a modern boutique hotel in the Los Angeles area? The Public Area Attendant plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel’s public and back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public and back-of-house areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, locker rooms, and loading dock areas.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost; replenish restroom and hotel amenities as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Support housekeeping operations, including basic room inspections, bed making, and laundry-related duties.
• Clean furniture, fixtures, and other hotel surfaces using approved equipment and cleaning products.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow all company and safety procedures.

This position requires the ability to stand and walk for an 8–9-hour shift, frequently bend, lift up to 30 lbs., and push housekeeping equipment and carts.

This OPEN position requires OPEN availability to work Monday through Sunday, including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
