Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Sparta, WI is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA/LPTA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. 3-5 days per week, 20-25 hours weekly, great consistency with flexibility; new grads welcome with mentorship opportunities available.

The PTA will provide direct care under the Physical Therapist, support resident activities, and participate in care planning. Wisconsin PTA license and an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in WI and a formal degree in physical therapy.
• Must be able to provide direct patient care under supervision.

Responsibilities
