Choice Home Health is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support licensed physical therapists in delivering rehabilitative care in Westminster, CO. Qualifications

• Completed accredited physical therapy program.
• State licensure exam passed.
• 1 year of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in executing individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities under supervision of a physical therapist.
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatment and report progress.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and use of assistive devices.
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment and properly sanitize equipment.
