Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in hospital and acute settings. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

As a PTA under licensed PT supervision, you will assist in selecting patients for therapy, document care, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation. We provide competitive pay and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
