Job summary

San Francisco Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team on a part-time basis! Help residents improve mobility, rebuild strength, regain independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals in a supportive post-acute care environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid California PTA license required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility and independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Monitor responses and communicate progress to supervising PT.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Educate residents throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team for patient-centered care.
• Follow facility policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
