Duly Health and Care is seeking a part-time outpatient Physical Therapist at our Naperville (Saddlewood) location. The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care with dedicated time, mentorship, and potential for development in specialty areas.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. Base salary ranges from $77,000 to $110,000, with possible sign-on bonus and additional incentives based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.
