Sigma Health Rehab is recruiting a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) for ourCorning Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Corning, NY. Join a team of skilled therapists in a state-of-the-art rehab gym offering mentorship and clinical support, with opportunities to train new grads and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current New York State PT license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve residents' pain using exercises, hands-on therapy and stretching.
• Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain resident confidence and protect facility by keeping information confidential.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members and contributes to team effort.
