• Able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient setting.
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient evaluations/exams.
• Establish diagnoses and assess impact on activity.
• Create treatment plans with goals and timelines.
• Provide PT interventions and exercises.
• Measure, monitor, and adjust intervention effectiveness.
• Educate patients for continued care.
