Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, active state licensure, CPR certification, and 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based on physician orders, including procurement of adaptive equipment.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to move patients toward independence.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Maintain thorough documentation for proper billing.
• Supervise PT Assistants and PT Aides as applicable.
