Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in Tellico Plains, TN. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients toward greater independence in their homes.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Join a supportive team that values autonomy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist; new graduates may be considered in select markets.
• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders, including adaptive equipment needs.
• Establish measurable goals and develop plans to advance independence and function.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family as applicable.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliant billing.
• Supervise PTAs and PT Aides in patient care per state practice act.
