About Us:

Northwest Counseling & Diagnostics is a growing satellite branch ofa large, well-established out-patient practice in Chicago, Midwest Counseling & Diagnostics. We provide compassionate, client-centered care to individuals seeking mental health support and we pride ourselves in creating a warm, welcoming, and collaborative environment for both our clients and staff. We are expanding our team and are currently seeking a fully licensed psychologist, social worker, or professional counselor to join our Bellevue practice on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a licensed clinical psychologist, clinical social worker, or professional counselor to provide therapeutic services for 5-15 hours per week. This role offers the flexibility of part-time hours with the potential to grow into a full-time position. As part of our group practice, you will receive robust support from an experienced team of professionals and administrators, as well as career development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy using evidence-based techniques
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, client-centered care
• Participate in peer consultation and professional development as needed

Qualifications:

• Fully licensed as an R.Psyc, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Washington
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with eating disorders, substance use disorders, and/or trauma.
• Skilled in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ERP, RODBT or EMDR
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
• Must carry professional liability insurance, which we will reimburse upon hire.
