Job summary

TeamHealth, a clinician-founded organization since 1979, seeks a licensed clinical psychologist to provide assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF) across Troy and Hartford, Alabama.

This part-time role (2 days per week, Monday–Friday) offers clinical autonomy, no nights or weekends, and strong organizational support with onsite patient care and remote documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Alabama license as a clinical psychologist.
• PhD or PsyD required.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• 6 months of experience needed as a clinical psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy.
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Onsite patient care with remote documentation.
