Job summary

VCU School of Pharmacy is seeking a part-time hourly Research Assistant to assist with protein crystallization and laboratory maintenance in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry.

This onsite role offers about 29 hours per week with a pay rate of $30.00 per hour. A Bachelor’s degree and laboratory experience are required. The position supports cutting-edge research in medicinal chemistry and chemical biology at VCU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of science degree or equivalent training and years of experience.
• Previous laboratory experience and/or laboratory maintenance or management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
