The Proposal Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and organizing the proposal development process for our outsourcing business. This position ensures seamless collaboration, timely submissions, and high-quality proposals that align with client expectations and company standards.

This is a part-time, 100% remote position Hours are flexible.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all PMGSEAC proposal-related activities.
• Outlining proposal requirements for assigned opportunities;
• Manage the proposal development schedule
• Identifying and coordinating staff resources to draft proposal documents;
• Writes proposals
• Editing and reviewing draft documents for conformance to proposal requirements; and
• Facilitate proposal meetings, update and approval meetings and chasing of identified actions, as required
• Oversee document control, including maintain version control, managing edits and revisions, and ensuring the final proposal reflects a unified voice.
• Conduct quality assurance checks, ensuring that the final proposal meets high standards of quality in terms of formatting, content consistency, and overall presentation.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
  
  

Qualifications To Be Successful In The Role

• Bachelor’s degree
• Entry-level candidates who can demonstrate outstanding organization, writing, editing, and software skills;
• Extreme attention to detail and deadline driven;
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro;
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, self-driven environment;
• Familiarity with Government forms such as the SF 254/255 and SF 330 and a technical background are a plus; and
• Experience developing RFP, RFQ, RFI, SOQ, EOI responses for government contracts is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and own initiative.
