ClearHome is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Springdale, Arkansas. This part-time role supports the Property Manager with daily operations, customer service, sales, and property upkeep while gaining hands-on experience in a growing company.

The position is 16-20 hours per week with weekend shifts and pay of $17 per hour plus monthly bonuses. You will collaborate to meet occupancy and revenue goals, maintain a customer-first approach, and help ensure safe, functional facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operations alongside the Property Manager to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collaborate in decision‑making with clear communication and assist in effective management of business goals.
• Maintain a customer‑first approach, supporting sales efforts and assisting in achieving business targets.
• Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance and promptly report issues to ensure the facility remains safe, secure, functional, and appealing.
• Assist with facility management tasks by working with business partners to control expenses, increase revenue, and ensure efficient operations.
