Part-Time Property Operations Assistant – Jackson, MS: Tisdale Properties LLC
I’m looking for a reliable, organized person to help manage a small rental property portfolio in Jackson for approximately 5 hours per week.
This is a flexible, part-time role that would be a good fit for a college or graduate student, stay-at-home parent, or someone looking for a small side job with consistent weekly hours.
Responsibilities include:
Help create a resident experience marked by kindness, responsiveness, and respect. We welcome new tenants and look for simple ways to help residents feel connected and cared for. Assist with occasional resident-care or community-building efforts.
Most of the work can be done remotely, although occasional local help at properties may be needed during turnovers or leasing.
Hours: Approximately 5 hours/week
Pay: $18–$20/hour depending on experience

Property management experience is helpful but not required. More important are reliability, organization, good communication, comfort with technology, and the ability to follow through without needing constant supervision.
Good organization and communication.
