Responsibilities

• Work independently managing daily property operations.

• Maximize sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts including collections.
• Conduct cash drawer audits and perform bank deposits per company policies.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Enforce company policies with a focus on safety and maximizing rentable units.
