Responsibilities

• Cleans hallways, public areas, vacant apartments, and exterior spaces.
• Maintains exterior cleanliness including lawn care and snow removal.
• Washes blinds and cleans walls, ceilings, and fixtures as needed.
• Prepares vacant units and assists with inventory of supplies.
• Reports safety or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
• Works at other properties as needed and follows safety policies.
