Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a part-time Client & Operations Project Manager for a 2+ month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 20 - 25 hour-per-week opportunity; candidates should be able to work eastern ET hours. The Project Manager will build schedules, estimates, and manage project workflows while ensuring they stay on budget. The ideal candidate will work with the operations and finance team on initiatives that emphasize efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, estimates, and SOWs
  • Oversee resource allocation and trafficking to optimize workflow

  • Collaborate on the onboarding and team-wide adoption of new PM software
