Job summary

Think Together in Rancho Cordova is looking for a part-time Program Leader to work in person with students. The Program Leader will lead a group of 20-25 students, maintaining safety and fostering a supportive environment. Responsibilities include providing homework assistance and implementing behavior management strategies.

The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma and at least six months of experience working with students. Excellent communication skills and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting).
• Provide negative TB Test dated within the last 3 years.
• Advanced Math and English skills (K–8).
