Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time Program Director to grow the LifeWise program by building relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members, and by coordinating local fundraising and donor stewardship.

The role includes recruiting and supporting team members, overseeing scheduling and enrollment, and ensuring compliance with LifeWise Academy procedures while communicating the program's vision and impact to families and partners.

Qualifications

• Must love building relationships and bringing people together.
• Experience or willingness in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, or community engagement is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build Community Relationships with schools, parents, churches and community members.
• Lead fundraising and donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Recruit, train, and support team members; foster a Christ-centered culture.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks; ensure compliance with policies.
