Requirements

• Initial Training: Your first few shifts will require daytime business hours to ensure you are fully integrated into our systems.
• Flexibility: While we establish set days, some flexibility is required to maintain proper coverage.
• Holidays & Weekends: Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Staff Development: You will be required to attend bi‑monthly staff meetings for team development and continued education.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: ONLY apply if you have professional grooming experience and a valid certification.
• Physical Stamina: This role requires standing for extended periods throughout the year.
• Reliability: We value communication. If you cannot attend a required meeting, advance notice is mandatory.

A Note on Time Off

We value work‑life balance and do our best to accommodate requests. We require at least two weeks’ notice for time off (30 days preferred). Requests off during peak holiday times cannot be approved.
