Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Three years of professional leadership/training experience.
• Experience facilitating training and presenting professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led professional development courses in classroom, virtual, or hybrid formats.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences and encourage participation and practical application.
• Customize content and materials to meet client and industry needs.
• Develop and update course materials, presentations, and assessments as needed.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance and training records.
